Who manages the AACC?

The AACC is managed by its Executive Director, which is appointed and hired by the Board of Directors.
The Executive Director reports directly to the Officers of the Board (President, Vice-Presidents, Secretary and Treasurer), and to the Standing Committees for specific projects.  Three Standing Committees, constituted by Members of the Board, have been created so far: Annual Directory Committee; Sol de Mayo Event Committee, and Web Site Committee.

Every year the Board appoints a Nominating Committee, which proposes the names of the Members of the Board for the next period.  Once approved by the Board and during the first meeting after the inauguration, the Members of the Board appoint the executive officers among its members to act as President, Vice-Presidents, Secretary and Treasurer.
